Blane Comeaux, President, leads a team of dynamic people that are focused on delivering customer satisfaction to grow our company. Blane has been with Acadian since 1986. He worked as an Ambulance Paramedic for 8 years and managed the LA/MS Ambulance Dispatch Center for 12. Since 1999, he diversified Acadian by expanding into the security industry. The result is Acadian Monitoring Services with three nationwide monitoring centers serving over 600 security companies and monitors over one million people, homes, and business. Additionally, he opened Acadian Total Security, a provider of comprehensive security, Smart Home & Business controls for customers in South Louisiana.
Blane co-founded the Medical Alert Monitoring Association and has served as Vice President and Secretary, has teamed on several security industry boards, including the NBFAA/ESA Governmental Relations Board, as well as local Louisiana Chapters. He is a graduate of the University of Louisiana. Blane is a Boy Scout Leader, serving as Asst Scoutmaster, Treasurer, and Chairman.
During the Louisiana Mardi Gras season, he is a member of the Krewe of Rio and has served as Parade Governor, Vice President, and on the Royalty Court. Blane is most inspired by Jesus Christ. He enjoys teaming Catholic Retreats and serves as Treasurer for the Church ACTS Core Team. His favorite scripture is Proverbs 3:5-6.

From installing security systems, medical alerts devices, and smoke alarms, to our ambulances responding to a heart attack or car crash, and for our I/T Team that ensures that our network and phones are working 24×7 – At Acadian, We Save Lives!
As an Operations Manager, Angela provides oversight to the division’s financial operations including: accounts receivable and billing, accounts payable functions, fiscal budgeting, sales commission tracking, and financial reporting. Angie is responsible for sales and operational reporting as well. She performs data mining and analysis, establishes KPI’s and metrics, and creates and maintains statistical dashboards and automated reports that drive our business.
Angie serves as the Software Administrator of our Accounting and Business Management application and our Sales CRM. Since joining the Acadian team in 2007, she has held positions in the central monitoring station, customer service and inside sales, and the billing department. Angie is known for telling bad accounting jokes, they usually don’t add up!
Director of Operations
Brandon Niles serves as the Director of Operations for Acadian Total Security and has been with the company since 2010. He is responsible for the management of all departments and the strategic development of key partnerships inside and outside of the security industry. Brandon has been instrumental in growing Acadian’s presence in the video monitoring market.
Brandon is currently representing contract monitoring centers as a member of the TMA Board of Directors and received the Security Systems News “20 under 40” award in 2018.
Director of Sales & Marketing
Jason Brown joined Acadian Total Security in June of 2015. Jason oversees sales for home and business security systems, personal medical alert systems and fleet management solutions. Jason has more than 16 years of sales and sales management experience in the retail electric, industrial software and telecommunications industries. Jason is a graduate of the University of Texas with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and management.
Jason enjoys playing golf, watching all sports, and spending time with his family. His motto is, “It’s not whether you get knocked down, it’s whether you get up.” Jason wants Acadian Total Security to be the best security company in the nation. Through a great sales process and great customer service, we strive to deliver new technology and innovations superior to anyone else.
Tim Oubre was recently honored by Acadian for his 20 years of service with the company. Joining Acadian Ambulance in 1994 as a paramedic, then serving as a dispatcher before transitioning to Acadian’s fleet of fixed winged aircraft and helicopters, Oubre has been recognized for his outstanding performance and dedication over the years.
Today, Oubre serves as a division manager of retail sales for Acadian Total Security, providing leadership and guiding daily operations for the company’s personal emergency response systems and GPS tracking devices. Oubre is a native of New Iberia who graduated from Catholic High School. He currently lives in Lafayette with his wife Vickie.
Michelle M. Trahan has been the Marketing Coordinator for Acadian Total Security, a division of Acadian Ambulance, since 2012 and has been with Acadian since 2004. In addition to providing support for our sales team, she oversees all events, tradeshows and travel as well as coordinating all promotional items and marketing collateral. She is also the liaison between her department and Acadian’s corporate public relations team, working with them to develop advertisements, presentations, mailers and marketing campaigns based on their strategic plan.
Michelle is a graduate of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and management. She serves as Secretary with the Youngsville Chamber of Commerce and is active in volunteering with Sky High for Kids and the Alzheimer’s Association.
Security Operations Manager
I have a passion for helping people and a knack for working well with others. I enjoy sharing my knowledge and experience to make our entire team stronger while providing the best Total customer experience.
AL Lanclos, Security Ops Manager, manages all security technicians, customer service teams and our Medical Alert division. He also designs customized security systems to fit the needs of high-end residential and various commercial clientele. Al ensures proper installation and implementation methods and oversees all research and development of all current and potential security product offerings as well as reviewing quotes for accuracy.
Lanclos has been employed with ATS for 3.7 years. He began his career in the security industry in 1995 – 2007 for ADT Security where he worked as the Special Systems Technician. From 2007- 2015, he was employed with Electronic Protections Services as their Lead Commercial Technician before moving to the sales department and eventually securing the role of Service Manager during his last year with the company. In 2015, Al changed course and accepted a position as Security Manager for a large oilfield company where he managed 50+ locations nationwide. Al then joined the Acadian team in 2015 as the Security Ops Manager.
