May 10, 2023—At the Acadian Companies annual meeting and awards ceremony on May 2, Technical Support Representative Beth Guidry was recognized as Acadian Total Security’s 2023 Employee of the Year. She was presented with her award by Senior Director of Acadian Total Security Brandon Niles.
Guidry started with Acadian 18 years ago as an alarm dispatcher and moved up to a supervisor role in 2007. Throughout her time, she has made many outstanding contributions to the company. Guidry’s passion, dedication, and exceptional customer service skills have consistently demonstrated her commitment to excellence.
Guidry’s numerous accomplishments, including being named Dispatcher of the Year in 2007, becoming Training Supervisor in 2012, and receiving certifications in EMD, TMA Level 1 and 2, as well as an associate’s degree in Accounting, have made her a valuable asset to the team. She was also chosen as the employee of the year for ATS in 2015.
Niles stated, “Beth’s ability to handle even the most challenging situations with poise and grace is truly remarkable, and we are proud to have her as our technical support representative.”
Guidry is a native of Breaux Bridge, Louisiana, and a graduate of Cecilia High School.
